Who you (we) are
Our website address is: https://ecotron.ro.
Comments
When visitors leave a comment on the site, we collect the details displayed in the comment forms, but also the visitor’s IP address and the queue of user agents in their browser to help us detect spam.
An anonymous queue (also known as a hash), created based on your email addresses, may be sent to the Gravatar service to check whether you are using it. Gravatar’s privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approving your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public next to your comment.
Media
If you choose to upload images on the website, you should avoid uploading images that include embedded location data (EXIF GPS). The website visitors may download and extract all location data contained by the images on the site.
Cookies
If you choose to leave a comment on our website, you may choose to have cookies save your name, email address, and website. This is for your convenience, so you won’t have to fill them in again when you leave another comment. These cookies will be valid for one year.
If you go to our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine whether your browser accepts cookies. This cookie does not contain personal details and is deleted when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set several cookies to save your login information and screen display options. The login cookies are stored for two days, while the cookies for the screen display options are stored for one year. If you select “Remember me”, your login cookies will be stored for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be deleted.
If you edit or publish an item, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie does not contain personal details and simply indicates the ID of the item you have just edited. It expires in one day.
Embedded content from other websites
The items on this site may include embedded content (for example, videos, images, articles, etc.). The embedded content from other websites behaves exactly the same as visitors viewing another website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and track your interaction with the embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged into that website.
Whom we share your details with
If you require your password to be reset, your IP address will be included in the reset request email (should you request a client account to be created).
How long we store your details
If you leave a comment, that comment and its metadata are stored for an unlimited amount of time. This is how we may acknowledge and automatically approve all of your future comments instead of keeping them in a queue subjected to moderation.
For the (possible) users registering on our website, we also store the personal details they enter in their user profile. All users may see, edit, or delete their personal details anytime (but they cannot change their user name). The website administrators may also view and edit this information.
Your rights on your details
If you have an account or have left comments on this website, you may request to receive an export file containing the personal details we have on you, including all the details you have shared with us. You may also request us to delete all personal details we have on you. These do not include any and all details we are bound to store for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where we send your details
Visitors’ comments may be checked by an automatic spam detection service.
