Why is it recommended that an EEE producer conclude an agreement for the transfer of responsibility with a PRO?
Because the legislation in force imposes multiple responsibilities and obligations upon producers, for the management of which a team of specialists is needed.
Here are the most important obligations of producers:
• Registering in the National Register of Producers with the National Environmental Protection Agency.
• Collecting WEEE separately in order to meet the minimum collection targets – annually, at least 65% of the average of the quantities released to the market during the previous three years.

Refrigerators, Freezers, Equipment which automatically dispenses cold products, Air-conditioning equipment, Dehumidifying equipment, Heat pumps, Radiators containing oil and other temperature exchange equipment using fluids other than water for the temperature exchange.
2 – Screens, monitors, and equipment containing screens WITH a surface greater than 100 cmp
Screens, Television sets, LCD photo frames, Monitors, Portable computers (Laptops, Notebooks), Small portable computers (Tablets, Phablets, e-Books/e-Readers).
3 – LAMPS
Straight fluorescent lamps, Compact fluorescent lamps, Fluorescent lamps, High intensity gas discharge lamps – including high pressure sodium lamps and metal halide lamps, Low pressure sodium lamps, LED retrofit lamps.
4 – LARGE equipment
